What to expect

This form is for complaints about Pier Management and the service you have received from us. If your complaint is about your managing agent or another company, please send it to them directly.

Before you start
If you have not already, raise the issue with the person you have been dealing with at Pier. Many problems are resolved that way.

We acknowledge your complaint
As soon as you submit the form, an automatic acknowledgement is emailed to you with your complaint reference number.

The department responds
A full response within 28 days of the acknowledgement.

Still not satisfied?
Come back to this form, choose escalation, and a senior manager will review it independently. After that you can go to the Property Redress Scheme.
